My heart has always longed for depth, truth, and real harmony — for a life guided by purpose, rooted in integrity, and in intimate alignment with the infinite intelligent order of all that is.
I have been immersing myself in years of deep, devoted study of traditional Vaidika Dharma and Advaita Vedānta (Non-Duality) along with somatic and feminine embodiment practices, shaping a life of profound commitment to integrate and embody the timeless wisdom they offer.
With over 900 hours of formal training including traditional Haṭha Yoga, Āyurveda, Vedic Wisdom, Advaita Vedānta, Meditation, Prayers, Mantraḥ Chanting, Rituals, Feminine Embodiment, Sacred Sexuality, Inner Child Work, and Nervous System Regulation — supported by hundreds more hours of daily study and committed personal practice — I stand clear and steady in my values and life’s aspirations.
Inspired and nurtured by the profound depth and lightness of the Vedic tradition and its somatic embodiment in this day and age, my heart blossoms to share its wisdom with you.
